    Great looking car.
Even at my age, I'd still love to find an EM1 with this motor in it someday.
This is the engine (GSR or ITR) these cars should have been equipped with from the get go!

On an off topic, ever find any leads on that white GSR I sold to you 5 yrs ago and what happened to it?

I tracked the EZ pass history that day to a Newark, NJ exit on the Garden State Parkway.

Sooooo I assume it was chopped up that afternoon and dumped somewhere. No one ever called about it. Fucking campus security haha. "Are you sure you parked it HERE" Yes dude, I'm positive lol.

They are a classic wheel haha.

Still into them, just wanted a more luxo RWD turbo I-6... so had to move onto other offerings.

I was always into only the old ones, e30's had depreciated to normal people's level by the time I got them. the people were pretty normal

not familiar with the e90 crowd. Just went older and got an e39 m5 (if i can sell this e36m3 soon).

    what issues did u have?

HPFP was replaced under warranty...the previous owner pretty much had the car at the stealership every 3 months cuz he had CPO free maintenance....

I've just gotten an alignment, gonna do plugs... seems to be allright for now.

Sorta wanna pick up a Quaife for it too...

    ahhhh

Nice ride, I think Saxon is sour that he couldn't get his issues figured out. I guess the 335 is not for everyone. I've put about 65k on my car with very little problems, and plenty of bolt ons. I won't kid you though, the CPO is Soo nice to have. I was pretty much like the guy you mentioned, at the dealer every 3-6 months, to fix any and everything.

this is probably true... i loved driving the car, loved everything about it except it was in the shop more than i drove it

and im not the only one, which is probably the reason they arent worth much more than a 328 and the value keeps going down and fast

i wouldnt be surprised if you can get an 80-100,000 mile 335i for around 10k within the next 2-3 years

as long as the car is cpo and you dont mind driving loaner cars im sure you will be fine

hpfp issues (replaced with my ownership and prior owner, my car was one owner 40k miles, so its not like it was an 80,000 miles)
    lpfp issues
    fuel pressure sensor
intake valves looked like a car with a million miles that only ran on cheap tar based gasoline
    needed shocks at 50k miles
    needed bushings at 50k miles
    needed fuel injectors
    needed coil packs
thermostat needed replaced at 50k miles and water pumps are notorious for going after 60,000 miles
rectaring around camshaft was broke (again fairly common)
and a misfire that could not be diagnosed after $1500 at a bmw dealership (after i replaced the basics)

so yes i did have some issues, and i dont wish them on anyone. if i could have figured out the misfire i would most likely still own it as there arent any other cars out there with the power/fun/fuel economy that the 335i has

wow... that's a long list of problems considering the E90 M3 is the most reliable car on bmw's lineup!

    Thanks for the reply sax...
I picked up a catch can to hopefully stop the bleeding so to speak but I haven't looked at the intake valves yet...sorta avoiding it actually haha...otherwise I'm the type who'd buy a spare head and swap it on cuz it'd bother me...
I'm with u on the misfire/ignition b.s.... that type of stuff is the worst. Esp when u have to start replacing crap x 6 @ BMW stealership prices.

    was ur car CPO?
